1. NearMe Partners must be followed to our terms and conditions as below.

A. Partners must be age of 18 years old.

B. Partners must be Myanmar Citizen and holder of Myanmar Nationality Card (NRC).

C. According to our specific products in different regions, Partners must have Own Business.

D. Partners must fill out details of permanent address. (State/Region, Township, and Address)

 

2. Our Products

A. Partners can check their usage history and remain balance at Sales (History) in NearMe App.

B. Partners will get SMS notification shortly after every single sales.

C. Our NearMe App has included time to time record history so partners do not need to record sales separately.

D. For every sales, NearMe App will produce receipt (SMS notification) and receipt must be kept by consumers.

 

3. Our Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions of NearMe Services and its products shall be applied for all partners and consumers.

A. If NearMe partners are misuse our services illegally and violence against the law, we will suspend the services immediately and all the actions taken on government, we will not take any responsibility for any causes.

B. For any suspects of misuse or against the law of partners/consumers, our NearMe will immediately suspended or terminated the account.

C. Partners may have use any choice of operator’s number and create one NearMe account. We shall not be allowed to share User ID and password to third party or person.

D. We will not take any responsibilities for any causes of your sharing of password to third party or person.

E. Partners can reach to our NearMe Call Center at 24/7 for any QRC process.

F. As a NearMe, we collecting user’s information for better services for consumers. Partners must be filled out all the necessary documents and information unless partners

 

4. Privacy Notice Update

A. We may update this privacy notice from time to time, in which case we will post a prominent announcement on our website home page for 30 days. By continuing to use our services after that period you confirm your continuing acceptance of this privacy notice.

B. Where we think it is appropriate, and in any event where we make material changes to our privacy notice, we will also email you or text you to inform you that our privacy notice has been updated.

 

5. NearMe User Guid

A. Partners can easily download NearMe app from Google Play Store & App Store.

B. Users must have iOs Version 8.0 and above for iPhone and Version 4.0 and above for Android phone.

6. Copyright/Patent Rules & Regulations

A. We will take serious actions by law for using our Brand Logo’s and Image in inappropriate or imitating our Logo’s and Branding plus Company’s reputation with intentionally or without intentionally.

B. You may have no right to take any App logos, information or changing or copying technically to App from NearMe which we registered.
